I am not sure about range you have assigned to your opponent on the flop. With such small reraise it looks like value raise pretty much. With all street draw hands right move would be just call. So can you explain why you still consider a bluff or semi-bluff on board texture like this and with such small bet? Here is range i have adjusted on the flop

Sure, I think its good practice to think of all possible hands in his range he can represent here with a min-raise. Without knowing a lot about our opponent we can't assume he is only value betting or only min-raising, so we should keep both possibilities in. Of course, if we had a history with him and had notes that he only min-raised with value hands, then we could definitely adjust our range accordingly. That is why I included both since villain is an unknown for the most part.
