I hosted a home game last night for the first time in a long time. It's basically me playing with 5-7 absolute fish! It looks like its going to become a regular game at least playing twice a month and should be really profitable for me in the long run.

My main reason for this thread though is to let you guys know about this incredible app that I found for dealing your home games.

https://boldpoker.net/

you basically host a game on an ipad that you put in the middle of the table for the board cards and it deals your hole cards to your phone. We played so many more hands than we  would have ever been able to deal ourselves. It runs really smooth and we had no technical issues with it at all.

That is pretty cool and a great idea for the non-technically challenged, lol!

I play in home games ever so often and I like the feel of actual cards, plus I play with my dad and some other people who are "technically challenged" haha!!! We also play all sorts of random games other than NLHE and home-made variants for fun.

Does this software only work for NLHE or can it handle dealer's choice games?

It also deals Omaha so you could play either straight hi or hi lo. It also has an option for 4 color deck which I used because I am so used to it from playing online.

wow this app is awesome! Thanks bro!

No problem Simon. It is so good that I had to share it.
